Other than loans, are there financial aid options for people who've exhausted their GI Bill and Pell Grant (FASFA) benefits?

This is sort of situation dependent. There are some organizations around that will help you finish your education if you are going for a particular discipline. I think that if you are close to finishing that you will find a handful more willing organizations that will invest in your education. What are you studying?

I was looking to start an associates or credential program in some in demand (non-IT) career field. I have plenty of credits I can transfer, so that would cut down on cost
