Our RSC failed to put the whole group of soldiers from our Nov board on the PPRL.

Our unit held a promotion board in November, then held another board in December.  The PPRL for our RSC came out in January for the month of December and no body from the November board was on it.  We brought this to our leaders and they said sometimes it takes time to appear let us know next month.  We waited the February one came out for the month of January and all of the people recommended in the December board showed up on the PPRL and yet again no one from the November board was on the PPRL.  What is our recommended course of action as individual soldiers.
