PCSing to Fort Irwin (General)

NTC can be quite an experience, it is what you make out of it. Learn from leaders and teach those with a less understanding your experiences of what you have learned. Everyone is a leader, just lik the saying goes "Everybody is a Safety Officer." Teach, guide, mentor, lead.

Yup...embrace the suck! Just kidding. You're an awesome CPN operator. Do your best to provide the unit you're supporting the best comms possible so that they can be successful at what they do.

Just do your job to the best of your abilities and don't get caught up in the stupid stuff others do. Remember your a professional. Be proactive and take initative and do what needs to be done without having to be told. Listen to your superiors and make the best of it. NTC can be fun or miserable. It's up to you.
