PCSing to Miami (General)

I was in Miami for one day in 1998 on orders to the Keys for Huricane Georges recovery. On the way to CG Headquarters we had to stop for 30 minutes or so while the police chalked around a body in the street. When we got to the hotel, the road was blocked because a guy had been murdered in the parking lot. When I flew back, I went through security and the guy in front of me dropped an 8 ball of cocaine as he was being searched.
The Cuban coffee was great, but man, what a rough town.

Learn Spanish and get a CC permit. Also a defensive driving course wouldn't hurt.

Am I authorized to get DLA if I'm a single Soldier? And I'm use to southern weather so I'm good on that part. Someone was suppose to contact me but never did. Looks like I'll be giving them a call.
