Be part of an important study into the phenomena of Command Failure
• Were you an officer in the U. S. Navy?
• Are you a former CO who’s Command Tour was cut short?
• Do you want to provide your viewpoint of the event?
If you answered YES to these questions, you may be eligible to participate in a study on Command.
The purpose of this research is to expose the underlying factors behind early termination of command through an interview process designed to elicit information about your entire career. You may find it useful to discuss your experience and you may help identify strategies to prevent others from experiencing these events.
What you will do?
• Complete a demographic questionnaire (either via e-mail or in person)
• This is an opportunity to relate events from your viewpoint
• Be involved in the discussion about why these incidents are happening
• The study will require approximately one hour of your time to complete all requirements
Interviews will be conducted one-on-one via telephone, Skype, or other means convenient to you. More information will be provided.
If you are interested in participating or need more information about the study, please contact Kerri Holm at [login to see] or [login to see] . More information about the project is available and all your questions will be answered! This study is being performed as part of the requirements in fulfillment of an Industrial/Organizational Psychology PhD through Capella University

LCDR Kerri Holm recommend adding tags beyond US Navy, like maybe by career field like Surface Warfare and by rank to increase the views. Don’t use the generic Officer tag, you’ll get the entire peanut gallery.
