A soldier of yours says he has to add oil to his car every time he fills up, is this normal?

Up to 1967 for certain model SAAB's it was. Do not be surprised if we see a two stroke in the future, they are light weight and far more efficient in design then a four stroke.

The true killers are DUIs and driving late at night. We had a policy if a soldier was at risk of traveling late at night to formation, I could be remedied by a phone call. Nobody abused it.
