POV inspection question #4: Should you have to add oil every time you fill up? Model/Year dependent?

A soldier of yours says he has to add oil to his car every time he fills up, is this normal?

Up to 1967 for certain model SAAB's it was. Do not be surprised if we see a two stroke in the future, they are light weight and far more efficient in design then a four stroke.
