Running a little behind the times. I think the subject is getting plenty of coverage on other threads.
Personally, I think he'll get time as a POW, with an administrative release from service. OTH or General, depending on the accompanying psych eval. and 100% disability...

I know that result is gonna piss a lot of people off though.
