So I'm looking on the Air Guard website and they say that prior Service could go in right after Separating from my Active Duty contract, Now I'm sure there more to it then that because if it's that easy I don't see why people just switch to air guard and then try go active air force.
I just need some more insight on the whole matter if anybody every down that road.
I'm currently a PFC (got demoted) so I will be leaving the army as a PFC I have 9 months left
I’m an 11C (motorman/infantrymen ) lol.
So what will I need to do? How should I go about this? HELP ME!

Just because you are eligible to go in to the Air National Guard after separation does not mean that they will accept you or your MOS. They are just saying active duty who they want can go straight in. That statement is geared towards active duty Air Force separating.
The reason more people don't try to get into the Air Force Through The Air National Guard is because there is no guarantee that the Air Force will accept you from the Air National Guard, just like there is no guarantee that the Army will accept you from the Army National Guard.

You should be getting a "pre- DD214 checklist" from your post's in/outproccessing station. One block on that checklist, at least for me, was the NG/Reserve Career Counselor. He'll get you squared away easily, if that's the route you wanna take.

SPC (Join to see) see the Reserve Component Counselor and contact the ANG recruiter in the State you will ETS to. Start now so you know what to expect. Your RE Code, characterization of service (discharge type) and separation code on your 214 will be scrutinized. You can look at AR601-210 Ch 3 to see how the Army looks at it. AR635-200 discusses separations.
Recommend also retagging your discussion to other than just "advice". Recommend tagging prior service ANG, recruiting, Etc. likely no one with the knowledge you seek even knows this post exists.
