Just decided to go from 42A ARNG (AGR) to Active component for WOFT. Passed the SIFT, flight physical is approved, and I have LORs... but this was all completed as ARNG.
Any advice for the Active component WOFT board? What is that process like? I didn’t have to do that as ARNG

Since as a Warrant Officer 1 everyone is AGR, I’m thinking once you’re ready to pick up your CW2 talk with your career counselor if you want to stick with the active component. That’d be my best guess.
