Everything and then some, it is all different for each individual it just depends on what you want out of it in the end, is it better PFT, more energy, endurance, physical attributes, all of those will be the deciding factors on what you are willing to do or want to do to achieve it.


Good luck from and old Soldier who feels it more everyday since retirement.
