I saw this today on the Fort Jackson Lemon Lot and I had to share. Side note, what on earth kind of vehicle is this? But yes that is a PT belt strapped to the back.

Another comment describes what kind and make of the vehicle is, but it does state (and includes reference) that it is a 3-wheeled vehicle, and is licensed as a motorcycle. Therefore, all post requirements that apply to a standard motorcycle would apply, to include reflective material.
