My worst memories of my time on Active Duty was the typical attitude when one sailor screwed up, maybe on liberty, then the answer was... NO LIBERTY FOR ANY ONE!
We had a LCPO counting heads at Morning Quarters and he can't find Spawn, so he starts yelling "You &%#&$, how many times do you have to be told? Quarters is at 0710, not whenever you decided to get here! I can't believe we are doing this again!" I spoke up, "Hey Chief, I've been here since 0700, why are you yelling at me?"
Guess who was assigned to the working party that day? (HINT: It wasn't Spawn!)
Someone tell me that in today's Politically Corrent Navy that doesn't happen any more!
