Hey guys, so I was in the USAR up until my contract ended and went 2 years IRR. I have been in the process of going back but as full active. My recruiter pull my Redd report and my RE code has “zzz” I never go in trouble and left with a honeybee discharge. Does anyone know why this would happen, or how I could go about correcting this issue. My recruiter is going to pull my entire record, but I’m just trying to do my due diligence on the matter. Any help or advance is very much appreciated!

ZZ or ZZZ is a placeholder when an RE code isn't available or isn't received.
The REDD system is kind of iffy, it is often missing ASVAB retests, and other data like RE code in this case.

Your recruiter is going to have to dig up real records.

I did not, I got orders to IRR and was told I wouldn’t get a DD-214 because it was the reserves. I should have a NGB 22 in my file but my REDD report should Re code zzz and I got out as a E-4 but REDD report showed E-1, even though I had proof of E-4.

You don't get an NGB 22 in the USAR. That is National Guard.
