Recently transitioned from M-Day to AGR. How is my new RCP and BASD calculated from NGB22A or RPAM?

Hope you get an answer soon. I was an Excepted Tech but worked in an office with all AGR.

Your RCP is now 20 years of federal active service, so 20 years from now, minus however much total federal active service you have.
Your new BASD is (roughly) your last BASD plus however many days of MDAY from then until the day you started AGR.

This is a difficult question that only HRC can address after reviewing your documents. I don't have enough personal experience to even provide general guidance, hopefully someone can. Here is the HRC AGR link but this has re-class as well.
