All, I am nearing completion of another book and would like recommendations from you all on what you consider a great non fiction book I should read that will help me as I enter battalion command this spring.

"Black Hearts, One Platoon's Decent into Madness." During WLC, one of our SGLs recommended to the class that we all read it. I don't know if anybody else did, but I bought a copy. Very dark, but worthwhile read. I would recommend it to anyone who intends to make a career out of military service.
