I'm re enlisting in October. I understand jobs will change before then. I would like to just have an idea. I'm currently 11B.

This isn't a question for a Recruiter. They handle new accessions.
This is a question for a career counselor. They handle soldiers.
As you said, it will change. It will also be highly subject to your status. What is available for others may not be available for you, and it will change dramatically. When you go to reenlist, see what your career counselor offers. Go from there.

I'm neither, but I'll post my 2 cents. You can always check the in/out message from HRC for which MOSes are over strength and which are under strength. CAC login required.

Are you asking due to promotion potential, or trying to see if you can get into a particular MOS you may be interested in shifting to?

Your profile says national guard so if your looking to go active contact a local recruiter to get a DD368 signed and send up the chain of command (Conditional release) so you can start the process now;as for job picking or duty station it will be between you and the Meps guidance counselor with which option you are allowed to do. Just had a 31b from
National guard do the same thing a week ago and he was able to pick duty location. when I switched from Reserves to Active I was told I would have to reclass. Worked out for me since I enjoy the infantry life.(currently on recruiting detail)

SSG (Join to see) - I've been out for 2 years so I'm having to redo all the paperwork. Basically as you know I'm a new recruit with prior service. I'm going active duty though.

You won't need the 368 then just make sure you have the ngb 22 form and you should be good to go.
