Why is this even a question for RP? Speak with your Center Leader for directions and guidance regarding recruiting, that is where you should start not in this forum

I've started there, of course, and continue to use everyone around me.

However. There are plenty of avenues that one person isn't familiar with. I think the RP community might know more than a single center.

So why not use every possible resource, instead of just one? That's my logic. The comment above provided something I'd never heard mentioned before anywhere, including the schoolhouse, so this is already a win.

There is life after phone calls and social media! I own and operate my own civilian business after retirement. I still apply the same principals as I learned from Army Recruiting....having said that...
P1 through P4 was a method we used and they (USAREC) may still use as far as lead generation. Each of the "Ps" (prospecting) represented a balanced attack for generating leads. There is telephonic, internet...Face to face, Referrals etc.. I seen it before and I will say it again...Recruiters will find themselves staring at their computer rather than out at the high schools and colleges (2 year campuses). You must be animated, and active in your schools.
If you prospect hard enough, and often enough at your assigned high school and or assigned area, you will write contracts...law of averages tells me that.
So don't rely on social media and phone calls totally...get in your G jet and area canvas and talk to as many people as your can!
Hard work prospecting, will turn into referrals, which turn into contracts!
Show me an Army Recruiter that has many COI's or VIPs and I will show you a great recruiter!!

Going to high schools and referrals are the big ones... otherwise, depending on the area, walk-ins.

Walk ins are rather rare for my area; high schools are mostly unproductive. You're right, it's just...not really working in my area.

SGT Sean Goodrow - You create your own luck and walk in market...post your cards everywhere in your area and every where you go even not in uniform, get in that G-Jet and start knocking on doors and ask everyone for a referral.

Join nearly 2 million former and current members of the US military, just like you.
