Recruiting. I just got orders for Recruiting School. Can anyone give me a heads up on what to study and what to expect?

I been in recruiting since '02. The advice I would give you is slow and steady. Be prepared to think with the creativity side of your brain. Also do what works for you. Take what you can you use from everyone and discard the rest. Lastly no matter what listen to your applicant, really understand what he/she wants.

You will earn your school qualification. Have the right attitude and work hard; you'll do fine.

Easiest course I ever went to in the Army. The written tests are open reg. Just need to learn AR 601-210
