I heard lots of stories of where and how Soldiers reenlisted from in plane on way to deployment, in gas chamber, or in river in Iraq. Where and how did you reenlist? How do you plan to do your next one?

I did my first reenlistment (1990) at Check Point Charlie, West Berlin, a month before they removed it and put it into a museum

Just a month ago I reenlisted at a waterfall on Oahu. Most others do it on the USS Missouri or Koko Head or at 25th ID Headquarters, but we did it here:

Awesome location! I was a Career Counselor in Hawaii for a few years and did several ceremonies at Pearl Harbor, on top of Koko Head, and on the USS Missouri.

I did one under the crossed sabers, but I facilitated a reenlistment on an objective (after it got secured) of two ODA members
