Regarding the military laser China used affecting two servicemen. Do we know what wavelength and frequency this Mortuary laser was using?

I don't know if anyone in our military is familiar with the concept or not. We can use coherent perfect absorbers, and utilization as an antilazer. It works as a laser in reverse. By absorbing photonic light well at the same time and doing so disrupting photonic activity at the source point of the laser.
