Are there any certified MRTs that have a test they are administering to potential RTAs? Holding a training session soon and I would like to issue something challenging but relevant. I feel like the checks on learning are far too easy. Thanks.

An additional resource you might use is the Real Life Management 3-minute survey....We completed this survey across the BDE senior leadership and it was remarkably accurate...It is worth checking out and would be a great tool for Platoon Leadership and up to better understand their subordinates.
