Sailors: Is this graph an accurate depiction of ratings?

I think a lot of these are off on the training scale.

You'd think the nukes would be at the top, since you effectively trust them with your life, like it or not.

Nothing left in the Ratings makes any sense anymore. The only thing left that makes sense is the rates, but if I were critical, I would place the RM in the upper right corner. SOS, SOS,SOS.
