58th INF Regt - "Love of Country" (Basic training, Ft. Benning)

116th IBCT - "Ever Forward!" (Response: "Stonewall!", refers to 1st Brigade, 29th ID, The Stonewall brigade). Cool history there.

Actually the 181st IN is the oldest reg in the army. Dates back to 1636. It was British at first then turned into a US unit when the revolution happened.

Ahh, pardon sir. I should clarify. The oldest PROFESSIONAL infantry regiment in the FEDERAL Army. Constituted in 1784 as the First American Regiment after the disbanding of the milita based Continental Army.

"All the way" has been mine most of my career, and I'm still having a hard time getting used to "Serving to heal" "Honored to serve"

other included "down to earth"; "carry the load"; "Strike Hold"

I do love the 10th's division motto. "Climb to Glory."
