Great personality, business acumen, entrepreneurial spirit and strong record of developing others.

Be willing to learn from your mistakes have a open mind look at how your decisions will affect those following you if your soldiers respect you and not your rank they will do anything for you because they know you will be there with them on anything.

It is my responsibility as the PSG to ensure that my LT has knowledge on training, equipment, and leadership. The best officers in the military have been developed from a Non-Commissioned Officer. That LT should be open to my time and experience in the military. We are a team but with that brand new LT, lemme be coach. I know my role as a Non-Commissioned Officer.
So yes listen to what I say. ;)
