Should Divisions form together again and base their units together?

I think Big Army should reassemble Divisions together again, as was commonplace in the 1980s and early 1990s, with all downtrace units at the same base as was popular before creating mixed units at Joint Bases. The esprit de corps and camaraderie, let alone Command Authority, made for a more effective force. Any thoughts? I think this would also be more cost effective.
