No. It's a Christian Nation and only Christians deserve equality.

A Chaplain's job as best as I understand it is to assist the troops in practicing their religion. Providing materials and other support (chaplains correct me if I am wrong) to the troops regardless of what they believe. If the military does not provide this support universally then they are violating the establishments clause. A Soldier shouldn't be limited to getting Chaplain support or recognition if they happen to fall into one of the Abrahamic religions.
