Should I have underlying conditions examined prior to starting med board process or can I bring them up during the process?

You definitely need to have all of your issues evaluated by a military physician. Thank you for your service.

That should be the forum for you to bring up everything. I would start going to my PCP and starting a papertrail for all of your conditions.

Yes you should have everything mentioned, documented and evaluated by your Primany Care Provider before your med board began. However, during the process you will have limited time to add documents...
if your a reclassification med board...definitely get everything evaluated before you go before the panel.
If you are being med boarded you will be assigned a PEBLO at your (in/out) processing briefing which will be your right arm throughout the process...after your package is submitted, he/she will be your primary contact that tracks your completion and out date.
