I left my old unit in November 2019. Ever since I left the old unit, I contact my 1SGT numerous of times about my PCS award, which is a ARCOM. Brigade lost my award when I left and my unit sent it back up to Brigade to sign the award. Now, I’m still trying to fight for my PCS award. Should I still fight for the award or forget about it?

I have never heard of a PCS award but it appears alot of others have. An ARCOM for changing duty stations? I would think a LOA or if you really did something to get noticed an AAM would be more appropriate. To me it seems if your character of service warranted an ARCOM it would have been awarded long before your PCS.

MSG Tom Earley actually starting at E5 Guardsman move around fairy often. There are normally 9 or so E6 slots in a company, 3-4 E7 and only one E8. Of course this changes if its an HHC

I'd say it would depend if you're still serving on active and/or active reserve duty or you're a veteran / civilian now. Congressional inquiries.... always seems to catch some attention, IMHO. Caution....

I never mentioned a retirement or award when I punched out. I was already working on terminal leave, and drove to Lejeune from Raleigh to pick up orders from SDNCO on a Sunday. Several months later I received an MSM for 20 years. I believe because my Boss was a Mustang Captain and wasn't going to let me go without recognition. If it just needed signature you'll likely receive it. Be patient, but realize that out of sight means out of mind, so follow up if so inclined. The important part is that you know you did good work, with or without any award. It may cause you to remember this when you are writing awards for your folks. Good luck.
