I'm afraid I lost faith in my Unit, earlier I posted a question about transferring to a Unit that's deploying, but was given Good Advice from CSM, which I followed through, but now I feel like I'm being runned around again after giving my name to my readiness to volunteer, and I've been in contact with my readiness and everytime I feel is just lowering morale for me, and feel im gonna miss out on another deployment. I wish Army National Guard would bring back Tour of Duty to help volunteer deployments more easier.

This one isn't on TOD, because we are filling all the vacancies within state.
Email me your RNCO's name.

Tour of Duty is still available to volunteer for orders, unfortunately it hasn't been released for view from non-domain computers so M-Day Soldiers can only view what's available when at their armory.

If for some reason you have a reason to believe that you are not being dealt with in a straight manor, remember to document all forms of contact. Utilize email and make sure the appropriate persons are copied as necessary.

Without more details I'm afraid people won't be able to comment further.

I do have text messages between me and my readiness, for when I started my journey to transfer to the current unit deploying, I was told to contact the S1, which never awnsered, then once CSM contacted me and told me to to tell my Readiness to give my name for the the deployment, when I communicated for three days, my readiness gave my name after a meeting with the battalion, but after communicating a week after, I was later told that my readiness doesn't know due to the current Unit was passing mixed information for the transfer for the deployment.

SPC (Join to see) - That can be confusing, I recommend using email and cc'ing everyone involved.

Be respectful and just not that you're following up on your situation and timelines that were previously communicated to you. Reattach any relevant supporting documents they might already have been given.

Inquire what if anything further you can provide.

The Army does go rolling along, but sometimes it does so at a snails pace. Especially when it comes to anything admin related. For example I didn't get my awards processed for 2-4 years after I earned some of them. Paperwork submitted, re-submitted, new NCO's, Chiefs, etc. Technically I'm still waiting on them to be iPermed.

Just have to stick it out, keep the communication going, don't let them forget about you in the shuffle of the dozens of other troops sending them stuff.

Continue to ask around too, making friends and establishing points of contact really does help in situations like these.

SGM (Join to see) might have some ideas, I'd check on his post as well.

Change of plans, you might not have to move anywhere to deploy.
Also, fix your mil email.
