Should the Air Force offer Navigators the opportunity to become UAV Pilots?

Currently the Air Force requires Navs to acquire their own training in order to facilitate the opportunity to cross train. I believe that the Air Force should selectively pay for the training and cross flow these individuals into the career field to maintain the corporate knowledge attained through years of flying service and war. A commensurate ADSC could levied and provide the Air Force with depth and breadth in this burgeoning career field.
