Nope. What you do with your partner is up to you and shouldn't be a determining factor in your ability to serve. We did ban it in the past. Now they can openly serve. The Army didn't break. I know many out there thought it would but there were gay service members in the Army already that we didn't know. I have served with some homosexual service members. The one that was open about was a great soldier. He knew what he was doing and he extremely professional. It didn't matter that he was married to a man.
I will just say that there comes a point where it doesn't matter who saves your ass in combat. As long as they can do the job.

it dont matter when you are in fire fight, as long as your gay battle returns fire and is willing to sacrerfice thier lives for you well nough said, we are in it together
