Should the Army return to "sleeves up" on the duty uniform?

It has been more than a decade since the Army changed the wear of the duty uniform by taking away the "sleeves up" look that our sister services currently allow. What is your opinion on the presentation of a Soldier with sleeves up? Should the Army bring it back?

Leave it the way it is. Sleeves down keeps the sun off your skin and is cooler. The uniform was never designed for sleeves up....and as others have said, where would I put my pens? The last thing we need is another uniform fielding, Wear out dates, etc. then there is the circus with sleeves up vs sleeves down for formations etc. you also had to be sleeves down to do anything. Definitely sleeves down.

Well said Sir.
I agree with the prevention of additional uniform changes, fielding, etc. We have gone through that process enough over the course of the last 10 years from BDU to ACU/Multi-Cam and PFU to IPFU with still considered changes yet to be made. We dig deep into our pockets to get what we are required to have in our closet/drawers while IET gets it all issued to them. Thanks for the response Sir.

I used to be an ardent sleeves up guy but got sick of up, down, up, down. The heck with it.
