Should we remove combat patches to be sensitive to those who don't have them?

"(Unit Name withheld) BCT ordered to remove combat patches during training at Fort NoMatter so the ones without them don't get hurt feelings.
Reason? "The unit just returned from Afghanistan and almost everyone has a patch but the large influx of new soldiers are E1 and E2s that have never deployed and they are saying they are left out because they don't have a patch."

This is the result of liberal pandering to snowflake liberals! Everyone wants a participation trophy, even if they didn't participate! Bullshit! The men who earned their patches should continue wearing them, and the ones who have not, shoukd shut the hell up!

To my mind, no way, I never got to do, however, nomway does thst give me, or anyone else who didn't get to go, any right to hurt feelings, period.

No...if you didn't deploy, you didn't miss out on family get togethers, your wedding anniversary, kids birthday or graduations, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Valentine's Day, being able to go watch a movie or go to restaurant. Those that have not deployed....your time will come...trust me it will....

You don’t remove anything off of your uniform that has been earned because of someone’s feelings may be hurt.
