Since I am starting to dislike my job after being a 15T for a few years, what should I consider next for my career?

If you don’t like your job then you should probably not do it anymore. If you stop liking your job, you stop caring about it. Aviation maintenance is not the place to not be liking or caring about your job.

Switching careers after working as a 15T for a while can be tough, especially when you're starting to not like your job. I went through something similar after leaving the military, and it was hard to find a job that fit what I knew how to do. I thought about jobs close to home but then realized working from home could give me more choices.
