Since my spouse just enlisted, will he also get BAH while in basic training?

I’ve currently been in 3 years and receive BAH due to us having 2 kids. We are now Dual Military due to my husband currently being in Basic Training. Will he be receiving BAH right now also? Even with him being in training/another state?

Since you are dual military and housing is provided for him, he will not receive BAH until all his training is complete.

Yes, if you are married, you will both qualify for BAH. Since you will probably out rank him, you will get BAH with Dependents and he will get straight BAH.

I believe it is only on person who gets to recieve the BAH not both, and who ever is higher rank will typically recieve that BAH on their LES.

SGT Bradley Dixon - See above. Both parties will get BAH, with children the highest rank one will get it with dependents. I believe the exception to that is if they are provided with government family housing.
