If left Leaning Liberal Karen and her Antifa cronies decide to burn a US Flag, record the event and post it on Social Media, it is then play of various news agencies around the world including Alqueda and other terrorist sites. Does this constitute "Aid and Comfort to an Enemy?" If they do it multiple times, would that change it? I look forward to all of your opinions on this one.

Look up the SCOTUS case of Texas V. Johnson. While flag burning may be insulting to some, 1989 Supreme Court case considered it freedom of expression under First Amendment

If the act is being used as a tool for the over throw of the US, is still considered free speech? I would say no, I think it falls in the realm of shouting fire in a movie theater, we have free speech, but there is a limit to what you can say and where.

As another rebuttal to your loaded post, burning a flag (in accordance with regulations) is considered a dignified process for disposing of unserviceable banners. In fact, this article posted includes pictures of our fellow service members performing flag burning ceremonies as part of official duty

Unfortunately, it would not (IMHO) mean "giving aid and comfort to the enemy" as they have not been officially declared "Enemies of the State."

https://www.lewrockwell.com/2013/05/michael-s-rozeff/congress-declared-war-on-sept-142001/

"That the President is authorized to use all necessary and appropriate force against those nations, organizations, or persons he determines planned, authorized, committed, or aided the terrorist attacks that occurred on September 11, 2001, or harbored such organizations or persons, in order to prevent any future acts of international terrorism against the United States by such nations, organizations or persons." Now no where does it make mention of Enemies of the state.
