Soldier fights for right to bury her father

Wow, what a story. Thank goodness reason prevailed in the end. It's good to see the military and military advocacy groups so involved in this case. I'm glad it ended the way it should have, with SFC James getting the final say.

That's disgraceful! What a relief it was finally resolved in her favor, but it should never have arisen in the first place! Glad to see the VA, Military, & advocacy groups worked with SFC James to have this abysmal situation favorably resolved. It brings an important note to the forefront for all of us, get our affairs in order, & keep them updated, because we never know what tomorrow may bring!
