Not just for a campaign either. We will need to be there for generations. It needs to be like poor Israel, surrounded 24/7 by everyone trying to destroy them. Every once and a while, it will erupt into a major battle until stability can happen. You don't treat cancer with one dose of chemotherapy. You don't radiate until the cancer is gone, but the patient is dead. We need to eliminate this once and for all. But that is easy for me to say, I'm not the one having to do it anymore......

Agreed. All of a sudden the administration is starting to realize that the "B Team" isn't such a "B Team" after all. We can not return to the isolationist policies of the 30's.

Even Chuck Hagel is seeing the danger and acknowledging that the threat is worse than anything al Qaeda posed, thanks to the current Regime's arming of the ISIS/L rebels in Syria - again, totally predictable... and people have been warning of this before POTUS pulled troops out of Iraq and ignored the threat in Syria.

oil prices are down now and Iran is being rewarded while it is being sinister and it will add to the flood of extra oil on the market. Oil is down under $40 a barrel and below. Iran gears up with rewards of oil and unfrozen assets over the supposed nuclear deal.

No keystone XL pipeline. USA is saying yes to Iranians ability to export oil to our friends and allys..... but no to Canadian oil. Canada is a NATO member. Iran is still a survivor, like N. Korea, of the axis of evil.
