Hello all! I just completed ALC, and found that I have been enrolled for SSD 3 in ALMS. However, there is no button to open/start the course. When I click the "Add to Plan" button (the only one available to me) I get a box that pops up with an error saying that I have to register for it on ATRRS. Another box pops up with specific instructions for registering on ATRRS.
I went to ATRRS, followed the instructions, (put in course number in Search box) but ATRRS says that there is no course under that number. I can click on my Course Record and see the course number. I copied and pasted the course number, typed it in manually, tried to search by the course title (both copy & paste and manual entry) but no luck.
I have tried doing this in both IE and Chrome browsers, with the same effect.
So the bottom line is that I cannot register for the course, and thus cannot begin it.
Has anyone had similar issues with this, or have a work-around?

Hey all... I just called the Army Training Help Desk (ATHD) at [login to see] . The rep had me check for version compatibility and disabling the pop-up blocker under the "Tools" heading at the top. Then on the home screen, at the left where it has "Assigned Learning" click on that. When the list comes up, SORT the results by Alphabetical. Scroll down the list to SSD III Module 00. There should now be a "+" that you can click on. Once you complete Module 00, you should be able to get into the rest of SSD III. The rep said that this functionality has always been there, it's just a roundabout way to get there, and he didn't do anything on his end.
I did this on Chrome browser. Just finished Lesson 1 of Module 1.
Good Luck!
