Stand Alone Facility (SAF):
“Alert”: Upon first indication of an Active Shooter “Alert” personnel in the building by whatever means available (Voice, Alarm, etc.).
“Run, Hide, Fight”: Initiate Active Shooter procedures per your Active Shooter SOP &/or Emergency Action Plan.
“Call 911”: When able, notify “911” that there is an Active Shooter incident.
Is this really good enough for our leadership?? I am at one of those facilities. How about issuing me a weapon for protection. What are your thoughts?

SFC (Join to see) - I agree with you. I do not feel safe at work because we are forced to disarm.

You'd think leadership would pull their heads outta D.C. crotch and breath for second. Firearms training is lacking in the first place, all over the military. Those in infantry, aren't as badass as they think, considering they have the most AD/ND. If you shoot once a year, big fucking deal. That's why we all own private firearms in the civilian world
