Update: now at 93 days in the approval cycle. I admit, it feels odd to be hoping that they delay it past 100. I would have been okay at 60 days, or even 70. But once it got past 80 days I felt hopeful that they'd miss the mark. I think it's questionable-at-best that NGB interprets the law in such a way that they consider a packet "received by the state" as one that they've spent 45-days processing before submitting to HQDA.

I read the law as to when NGB sends it to HQDA. So on this scroll it would be sometime mid-October. Anything before that is a bonus. 6 more days. Hoping it goes to 101 as well with your same sentiment. My thought process is with the new administration, SECDEF wasnt looking at or signing anything. Find out next week!
