Do not think I am insensitive to the violence and the deaths of our young people (white, black, brown) and those that have been in the media. I'd like to hear your thoughts in a mature manner with this thread.
I am curious to your thoughts on the subject. After watching the video it almost seemed like the activists were attacking Bernie Sanders (watch the entire video), and he is an extremely liberal candidate - I thought Bernie did the best thing he could have done in the situation. What are your thoughts?

I understand trying to get your point across. However, doing it in a way that makes you seem bullish and ignorant is NOT the way to get your point across, especially when it ends up as national news.

CSM Michael J. Uhlig They seem to not have done their home work on this one. Bernie Sanders has been part of the civil right movement for ages.

I think Bernie is lost in the sauce. I don't even know why he let them on the stage.

I don't believe this is a fair representation of the BlackLivesMatterMovement.

I think these women, like many others have invested themselves too much into listening to these race hustlers in the media these days. Security should have forcibly escorted them out of the area. While I don't particularly like Bernie Sanders, I believe it was incredibly disrespectful to him and those listening to interrupt his speech like that.

I have been reading that Sen. Sanders has not really addressed this issue because he believes it is a symptom of economic inequality in this country. It appears to me that he believes if blacks can improve their economic situation as a whole, racial problems will decrease.
But getting back to your question, black lives do matter, along with white lives and Asian lives and Hispanic lives. EVERY life matters.

I'm going to go ahead and point out the ugly truth here. Their actions did "help" Michael Brown and they were they "right" actions to help. Let us not forget that Michael Brown was a violent criminal who died while attacking a police officer. Including Michael Brown within the BLM movement is probably the worst thing that can be done. That name right there is why BLM is seen a racist and divisive. As long as his name is part of the BLM movement, the movement will always stand for racism. Because supporting him is stating that Black lives matter more than White lives.

CSM Michael J. Uhlig,
Arrest them. If they're so misguided and ignorant as to attack one of the biggest supporters of social justice and reform of our time they can take a time out in a jail cell and think about their actions.
