Syrian Refugees: Why are Leaders On Both The Left And Right Failing Us?

I'm pretty sure that we have beat this subject up on RallyPoint to no end, but let's look at it from a Leadership standpoint.

Sadly, though, both liberal and conservative leaders continue to fail to provide meaningful answers for our insecure and uncertain time.

Ok so I have first hand experience with these refugees in Germany. First I beat 7 of them off a girl in Munich they were attempting to rape, then I helped fight them back from a ferry boat they were trying to take over at Tegernsee. The ferry captain had a swarm of them trying to overtake his boat so a buddy and I stepped in to hold them back so he could escape.

That same buddy fought several refugees in Barcelona after seeing them drop powder in girls' drinks. He also reported a refugee stowaway on his train to Amsterdam that had a weapon and put up a fight.

I witnessed these refugees sitting on benches in Germany with a "woe is me" look on their faces and when blonde girls in short skirts walked by their hands went up to touch their butts. It was really disgusting. I saw 72% were males. They left the women and children behind.

I don't care about politics. However, I've witnessed enough of them acting as human filth. Their culture does not translate into ours or western civilization. Nor do they wish to assimilate the host culture. They clearly have no respect for women especially blondes. My daughter deserves better than the offering of safe harbor of these cowards. Again the majority of them are males that fled instead of fought.

If it puts it into perspective for anyone, we didn't come to the Americas and become native Indians. The same thing is happening, and that's the plan pledged by the majority of these refugees -to come to new territory and out breed the local population. This is a hard concept for contemporary America because people think of instant gratification and tactics but not strategy. A rather shortsighted flaw in the COE.

CPL(P) (Join to see) - Corporal; The refugees that are proposed to be admitted are the women and children that were left behind.

The cost of being smuggled into the EU is very high and (economically) it makes sense to smuggle in the family member who stands the best chance of actually making enough money to bring out the rest of the family - that means the younger men.

If you think that any group of younger men is going to behave in an exemplary manner when removed from all forms of accepted societal discipline then you never went on a pass or leave with your army buddies right after Basic.

Correct Col. In ait I used to take my buddies flying to Tangier island in the Chesapeake bay. They behaved on the dry island and we enjoyed the beach and crab cakes.

I saw the women and children, subdued and in the background. The problem is incompatible ideologies. We cannot ever act in a manner that raises the risk here at home. Remember the soldier's creed sir? American way of life. We are not bound to bring other people here to dilute or destroy that. If even one falls out of line and breaks the laws we failed. And it's not if, it's when. There will be a murder or rape or child abuse that happens on our soil. We have enough problems and it's pretentious to assume we can solve the world's problems if we don't at least contain our own. We take care of our own first, that's why we fight. Sir I admire your compassion and your great perspective on what is going on. However, women and children are being trained for terror. We need vigilance.

Interesting article. While I disagree with some points, I do agree that we have yet to look for a consensus middle ground, and the Muslims living in America seem unwilling to condem the terrorists actions.

I do not believe we should avoid taking prudent action that might alienate some, as the majority of the world we live in could not care less about our politically correct tendencies.

Perhaps it will take the wisdom of Solomon to conceive a bold middle way that allows us to be honest, realistic, fair and compassionate all at the same time. Until then, the first duty of a Nation is to protect herself and her citizens, -- compassion for others is essential, but must be done in a fashion which supports domestic tranquility.

Trust is an essential component of leadership and it is the one lacking on every side. In any given crisis I am left feeling like a Christian Scientist with appendicitis. I begin to doubt even my own faith, my own leaders. If I lack doubt it is in the absolute certainty that the President is leading in the wrong direction. That I trust...

CPT Jack Durish - Captain; If you are left feeling like a Christian Scientist with appendicitis then I suggest that you adopt a course of action analogous to the one that Mary Baker Eddy would have taken and get some surgeon to operate on you.
