So I'm suppose to PCS in a few days, but I'm on a pretty much Deadman temprorary profile MRB3 for over 90days (I thinks the name) can I still PCS?

So, I'm guessing you haven't even received your clearing papers yet because you wouldn't be asking this.

SGT (Join to see), do you mean you are MRC3 (not MRB3)? I assume you are a MRC 3/DL 1 (not medically deployable because of a temporary profile greater than 14 days).
Assuming that's what you're asking, the answer is a qualified 'yes'. For MRC/DL1 situations, it's a likely a commander's call (at least on deployability ... might be grey area on PCS).
Based on the way you're asking the question, I'm under the impression that you want to be delayed/canceled (and I could easily be wrong about that). If so, you can ASK to be delayed for medical reasons, but it isn't an automatic thing because you're on a temporary profile.
You mentioned two days ago that you're supposed to PCS in a 'few days'. When you were clearing post and had to stop by all those 'check the box' places, one of them should have been medical. Did you ask the question to them? There may not be an Army policy regarding this, but there might be a post/unit policy.

It was also shown to me on my orders that I had to be in deployable statues to pcs. Just found this out today

So you've already been informed by post that you can't clear because MRC3? Talk with your leadership. Again, MRC/DL1 being non-deployable is a commander's call (DA PAM 40-502, Para 1-6), however, the post leadership may have taken that option away.
Bottom line: If you're running afoul of post saying you cannot PCS, you're not going to be able to solve it yourself and only leadership can assist you in making it happen. Again, this may not be an option at your unit level if it's a post (or higher) policy (I.e., hypothetically, the MACOM may have it as a policy).
As an aside, if you aren't able to PCS, has anyone communicated this to HRC? As far as HRC knows, you're still on orders and will show up at your next assignment by a certain date.

Just an opinion. If you are on Profile for a Medically treated condition that is chronic or long term, I would extend until it either improved or they send you to an MEB and retire you.

CPT Cable,
That's the predicament I'm in cause I really don't want to get out like this, but I've been hurt for over a year with the same problem. To only now being take serious, so I'm stuck
