The Army said I was anemic in BCT and chaptered me out. However, coming home I found out I'm not. How hard is it to get back in?

Okay, so I was one of the first groups to go to BCT during the start of Covid. A lot of reg was not in place and A LOT of things happened that shouldnt have. To put things into perspective we only ate at the DFAC on Sundays after week 3 (prior just package meals) and some head guy from the Pentagon came down b/c of all that happened. So, to make a long story short in WEEK 7 of BCT I get told Im anemic and am getting chaptered out, but that I could come back. I come home and check in with my PCM Dr and they tell me I am in fact NOT anemic and that it was actually likely that I was just malnourished at the time (My Army labs where taken after a 5mi ruck). So, moving forward I want to go back in the military. The Army is willing to take me back but because of what happened I am nervous. I've called a whole bunch of recruiters and found an AF one that is willing to work with me. Im getting more labs done to show that Im still not anemic. My ASVAB scores are high, I have 90 college credits and my PULHES where all a 1. With all that information what is the likely hood that I'd be able to join the military again. My DD214 is a chapter 5-11 RE code 3. Will I need a waiver even if I dont have anemia? Whats the likelihood I can get back in, I'm literally working with recruiters in another state.
