I never really thought about there being a "most wanted list" when it comes to deserters. Anyone got any thoughts on what might make one deserter more sought after than another?

Bad Joe, Bad Joe.....Whatcha gonna do? Whatcha gonna do when they courtmartial you? Everyone needs a wall of shame. I've had Warrant Officers be missing for so long that I considered putting their face on the back of a milk container......(lol?)

Richard, the Army CID has been posting a "Most Wanted" list for years (http://www.cid.army.mil/wanted.html). The article notes that priority is placed on those that deserted to avoid prosecution.
