Does having more laws make folks safer, or do you believe making it harder to purchase and posses firearms emboldens criminals? Obama want's you to believe we need stricter gun laws. Instead, are gun free zones an invitation to perpetrate crime? States with harsher gun laws are NOT safer. True?

WE GOT A PEOPLE PROBLEM.
A gun is an object whose purpose is unknown but to the operator of that gun, as is a bottle of your favorite Makers Mark as well as your favorite adjustable wrench or screwdriver.....the object does not have the ability to rationalize what it is doing....we have a problem with people, not with machines.

CSM Michael J. Uhlig, It is ABSOLUTELY a people problem, 100%! Demonizing the tool rather than the person or the situation is a travesty. We always are to ignore the 85,000,000lb gorilla in the room and take the cowards way out.
I'm on the fence as far as gun control goes... :D LMAO. Well actually not, but I do keep an open mind and listen to what I hope can be a rational, lucid discussion. I do have a problem with the method a person uses to commit a crime as a reason, rather than the act by the PERSON. As my pics above state, it's not the gun's fault. It is the PERSON. Preaching to the choir I suspect...

TSgt David L. Some good national figures there.....but check out the video that I'm posting below for some more interesting domestic, and international, numbers relating to gun violence. After seeing this presentation by Bill Whittle, conservative political commentator, and author, I really believe that there is a serious problem in Washington DC.

Excellent video! Undoubtedly D.C. is the ultimate problem and the only place to have the tools to effect change.
Detroit, CHICAGO (with some of THE STRICTEST gun laws!), D.C., and many others are the highest murder rate with the most gun control. Without them, we wouldn't HAVE a problem, except for what to blame shit on now!
