I honestly am disgusted by the "shammer culture" that many E-4s think they are entitled to. Once upon a time, they were the bridge between the enlisted and the Non-Commissioned Officers. Now they are just dirt bags who serve an enlistment and get out, grow their beards and get fat and talk about how they served their country on their one tour to Kuwait.
