This is the second contact request I’ve gotten this week with the same “nickname”. What happened to “verifying” service members?

I tried to contact RallyPoint, but their “support” link isn’t working. I’ve blocked both fake accounts. Just curios as to why and how these accounts are floating around RP when every account has to be verified. Has anyone else been having contact requests like this lately?
